Set to premiere this April, 'The Viral Hit Manhwa' is receiving an anime series adaptation. Alongside the announcement, a teaser trailer and visual have been unveiled. Studio Okuruto Noboru, known for works like 'Tomodachi Game' and 'Studio Apartment,' is handling the animation.
The anime adaptation of 'The Viral Hit' is based on a manhwa series authored by Taejun Pak and illustrated by Kim Junghyun. Serialized on Naver Corporation’s webtoon platform, Naver Webtoon, since November 2019, it's also available in English through Line Webtoons.
The storyline follows Hobin Yu, an unlikely protagonist—a scrawny high school student thrust into the spotlight of a NewTube channel focused on combat. Guided by advice from an enigmatic source, Hobin finds himself besting opponents stronger than him and amassing unexpected wealth.
